I didn't even think about an autographed copy...now I want mine autographed (although not authenticated)...I hope my book is waiting for me at home today...
I WISH that were the case. Ideally, I guess I could intercept the pacakge in our Worldport hub here that about a million pkgs go through a night but I'd have to drag my sorry ass out in the middle of the night to pick it up and ride a triple decker bus in about a mile or two and it'd be majorly illegal to do something like that to. So....just got lucky. Had it shipped to my UPS Store postal box and it was there when I picked up the mail today.
Could someone scan/photograph a page or two of the book and post it. I've been considering buying one, but lack the intestinal fortitude to pay the $125 sight unseen.
Anthony, if I get some time in the next few hours I may do so....I just barely got through skimming the first 50 or so pages and I'm knocked out...Some of those California League cards I've not seen before and they are awesome.
Anthony- I was fortunate to be able to view the proofs a few months back, and I will say this: imagine the best you might expect the book to be, and it will surpass that. It is jaw-dropping, both the pictures and the text.
Just seeing those pages put an ear to ear grin on my face. MO, huh... well theres a good chance I'll have to wait until Monday. If they sold this book in the book stores I'd have been the first one in line to get it at my local Borders... I CAN'T WAIT!!!
Edited to add - Holy crap Dan, did you touch the pages with your BARE hands? No GLOVES? Ahhhh, sacrilege!!!

Received book today. It's a fantastic book. I can't imagine all the work it took to put this project from start to finish. I thank all of you and I only have a few Old Judges.
Joe: One question - I didn't know that Gilligan (Detroit) existed in the 189-1 pose. Is this listed correctly in the book ?
Could someone please scan the page/s on Abner Dalrymple and send them to me. I do not collect OJ's, but he was from my neck of the woods and would love to see what there is on him. Many many thanks. Douglas
