1912 D&M Philadelphia team composite

Wanted to know what everyone thought about this piece. I wanted to throw in a big snipe, but talked myself out of it. I thought this would of made a great addition to my collection, but just wasn't sure if it was authentic. I know that there is a larger D&M ad that is similar to this one, that has three panels, a center panel and 2 end panels each featuring Philly and New York. Could this be a fantasy piece that was created from the larger D&M ad? Did I make the correct decision? http://cgi.ebay.com/1900s-Baseball-Scorecard-and-1911-D-M-Ad-Athletics_W0QQitemZ220338137945

I'm about 99.9% sure it's fake.

Looks "baked" to me...meaning artificially aged.

This is also a VERRRY bad sign - the seller sold a Red Rock Ruth calendar...a fantasy item.
