Sometimes there is a correlation between what is happening in the world economy, and how it affects the baseball card industry. Problem is these threads start with a reasonable discussion and end up with the left and the right calling each other every name they can think of. It always ends badly.

If an anti-Bush thread gets started, you'll have plenty of time to chime in. Those don't seem to get locked so quickly.

Think whatever you like Rob, but after Leon put forth the warning of no more politics about a month ago I try to end the political threads as soon as they begin or as soon as I see them. A thread that doesn't start off as political but turns political will not be locked, but an effort will be put forth to get the thread back on track.

So if you'd like to test it and start an anti-Bush thread go ahead and see how far it gets.

I have been out of town at a National Sales Conference, in Weston FL- near Boca Raton, for the last few days...be back on Sunday. I don't think we lock threads too quickly on almost any subject unless we have had a lot of OT recently or the subject matter is one of the few with 0 tolerance.
