you guys helped me a lot in my last auto question.. what are your opinions on this Maris signature?
this comes from a program that i have from a banquet that took place in Jan of 1961.
would the fact that this was signed teh year that he broke the record add any value to the item? the program also has signetures of Brooks Robinson, Warren Spahn, and others.
would it be wise to get the whole program authenticated, or just take the page of the Roger signature, and get it authenticaed by itself (this would ruin the program)

I'm sure there would be an ever so slight premium for a 1961 Maris Signature but DO NOT remove the sheet from the program. You can get it authenticated as one piece.

ok, it is best to keep the program complete.. what would you estimate the value of the program to be? it passed teh PSA/DNA quick opinion.. not i will wend it in for full authentication.
The better question is whether PSA/DNA will accept submissions from you any longer after the mess with the Hayes card. If not, I was going to say there is always STAT, but since you owed Coaches Corner $, that might not be an option either.
It may be predictable, Leon, but it is entertaining

Just because the responses are expected doesn't mean it's not appropriate or entertaining. Especially considering
1). Maris isn't prewar and the question shouldn't have been asked here in the first place
2). After all of the drama that he has created here in the past, the douche nozzle has the cajones to gloat about how much he made on the item.
Selling a card to someone on this board when you had already sold the card to me? And accepting that person's money? And lying to him about having shipped him the card, when I already had the card in my hands for a week?
