I'm sure this topic has been discussed previously. Once again. How does one sign up? What's the catch?

I think they ended the program at the end of the year.

It actually is up again, but only for 8% right now.

No real catch - it is legit, but you do have do wait 60 days to get your money back (unless it is for a real small amount).

go to live.com and sign up for an account........you can type Wii in the search bar , then click on the ebay link. You should then see the 8% color banner at the top of the Ebay page. If you do see it, search for whatever within Ebay you like. The item must be a BIN....if you do not see the banner on the page your item is on, then you will not get the 8% discount. You may want to wait, last year it went up to 25-30% within a few weeks.
