Voice actors want more money. I could go either way about this.
Game developers and programmers want more money. Considering the amount of work they expend for their craft, this is understandable.
Last I checked, video games were a multi-billion dollar industry.
So where is all that money vanishing to if the workers aren't getting it?
Yes, I realize that there may be a pitifully easy answer to this question, but I think it's worth at least a few seconds of pondering. And I also think that the game developers, programmers and other workers who work 65-80 hours a week for years should unionize.
Another question that might be worth pondering: has Japan encountered a problem like this? If so, how did they solve it?
