Take a good sized frying pan, say a foot or so in diameter. Set the surface at about medium heat, put in some olive oil (enough to lightly cover the bottom of the pan). When it is good and hot, add a pound of ground meat (alternatively, you can use pre-chopped up stir fry chunks) to the oil. Cook it until it is nearly done, then add a respectable amount of frozen vegetables to the mix, stir it up, and let it cook. When the vegetables are almost done, add some soy sauce. Takes about 10 minutes and it is not bad.
