Its the start of winter, almsot the start of a major war in The Gulf and yet oil is down to US$23.68 tonight.
The Western recession will be partly to blame, but mostly the cartel busting by the members of the busted cartel OPEC. They are all falling over themselves to sell as much oil as possible, before the US invades Iraq, becomes the largest oil producer in the world (with their own reserves in Alaska etc) and tells OPEC to keep their oil.
