There is a guy riding the ultimate coast to coast from Prudhoe to Key West and is about to break the record of 96 hours and 1 minute. He is in florida now, about 300 miles to Key West and looks like he is going to beat the record by 6 hours.

My wife and I go to the Keys every winter for a couple weeks. Traffic on Highway 1 is pretty slow. It would be so cool to be down there to give him a thumbs up as he rolled by. What a ride.

And John Ryan is the Man. That is an amazing ride. I like the comment from Jim Shaw, that now that John's done the ride once, he figures he could shave a few more hours off of it if necessary.

Since the NSR is getting John for their keynote speaker who is lined up for the MN1K?

If we really need a guest speaker, I'll hand the mike to Eddie. Or maybe Adam will make a guest appearance and scare some of you newer riders who don't understand what "making him sad" means.
