Don't you know? Those who downstream develop their own resources make the most money. Those who bring in foreign investment, foreign experts, foreign machinery, and foreign companies to ship raw resources to foreign lands for processing make piss all money from the resource. And when the resource is copper, gold, gas or oil, it's gone when it's gone and it's not going to come back for a second chance.

Uless, of course, you think that PNG has too much economic development, or you think Papua New Guineans have too much money...........................
