The difference is that in other countries, those other countries INSIST on processing the resources in their own land rather than letting the foreign companies take the raw resources out to their own countries. It is sinful that PNG still allows round unprocessed logs to be exported. This suggests strongly to the rest of the world that Papua New Guineans are unable to hold a chainsaw or learn to use table saws.
