Response to Digital Voting--should PNG invest in it?

Gathered from a friend from South Korea that they have special ballot papers which avoids double voting and vote rigging with an electronic counting process which gives the election results within a few hours for a population of over 20 million people.

May be we could look into the electoral process of such countries to find some means of perfecting our voting process.
