Every time Somare has an opportunity to support someone, why do we see him supporting either corrupt nationals/wantoks, Rimbunan Hijau, or the Chinese?

There are limited investment/financial growth opportunities available, and the Harbours Board is one such.

Why doesn't Michael Somare support good Papua New Guineans instead of the above 3 options when he has a chance, and why did he sack the 2 Harbours Board people resisting giving this opportunity to RH and replaced them with Sepik wantok lackeys?
