they pretty much have the same techniques.they lie to the public,they lie to the supplier,the dealer and the government.I don't wana badmouth this guys its business.Its the way of making millions.

They get cheap oil from some place like the highlands and sell it for tons to japan and china.Then they buy expensive oil from the market and remake to gas and diesel for our economy.

Its like a scam.Most of this things are un regulated
