Poro, those ethnic communities are a tiny fraction of what used to exist and they were left the **** land. Any indig peoples with good land lost it. Marginalise the customary landowners in some way or another and you've opened up the door to great riches for many more people.\
Some wise minds in PNG already see this ,that's why they're stealing the ground via land leases and other sneaky ways. It don't matter anymore who owns the land. All the counts is who owns the land rights. Get the landrights away from papa grauns and you can kick them off their own land legally. It's a great strategy and the pathway to economic development for everyone. Once the wealthy few take over the land, they can create heaps of low paying jobs for the papa graun to work on their own ground, but for a new masta. After all that's what they're always asking for, huh? Always saying they want jobs.
Well they shouldn't be ungrateful once they get those jobs. Even the aborigines in Australia now have more job opportunities working for masta than they ever had when they owned their own land and there was all that aboriginal multiculturalism attached to the land. No more. That's progress from all economic angles.
