If tourism is to be a major contributor to Papua New Guinea economy, then it is only proper to build five-star hotels equipped with casinos, bars and tropical luxuries, improve the sex industry with show girls and topless performers in casinos.
I’ve noticed that a lot of citizens are concerned with the negativity of casino gambling on a larger scale especially the five star hotel in Pom.
Well, there are two main concerns. 1. Economically, it’s positive. 2. Socially, it’s negative.
Take for instance, if I travel to a certain Pacific country, I wouldn’t only want to see the natural attractions and boring people, I would definitely want to chill out in Paradise, have a good beer or two, relax in a bar, and make some extra cash. All green and no color ain’t fun at all.
