Since when does being educated mean being more corrupt. Corruption has got nothing to do with how educated you are!

Corruption, is about your own personal/professional ethics or lack of. Greed has got nothing to do with how educated you are. Ipitas is a very greedy and power hungry man....I wouldnt call him well educated.
