You are right, there are winds of change blowing. We live in a global village and already there is world wide Tides of change, economically, politically, socially and spiritually.Across the globe, leaders are sensing an urgency into interrating their nations into these changes because economic interdependeance is now a reality in the world.Old styles of leadership have lost their effectiveness and must yeild to the new equation of 21st century leadership. These international changes includes shifts in emphasis, priorities and methods of governanace and economic management. We, PNGeans must consider carefully how these changes affect our lives and the lives of the future generations. It is true, we cnnot change the past nor can we dwell on the past mistakes. It is imperative that we must know how to prepare for change, how to respond to change, how to maximise change and what to do to ourselves inorder to full our individual and corporate destines. We must be prepared for transformation.Right now change begins with me.Life is always moving forward and even those who are essentially living quiet lives are affected by change.God is a moving God. God is always moving us forward in the fulfilment of his purpose. If we cannot change, we will be left behind in God's purpose for our own individual lives, our families, our community, province and the nation. Change will affect us..Change is continual, everything changes and nothing on earth is as permenant as change.
