I agree MN,
as an Engineering bloke I have trouble with peoples reactions. They don't act logically.

For instance: If someone hasa cherished opinion on some matter, you can prove (by facts) that they are incorrect. Since when have facts altered an opinion? If you prove in facts and figures that they are incorrect, you usually get the followign reaction. They will look at you suspiciously, and probably say: "I will look into it."

I personally have this problem. I can patienly work on apiece of equipment all day without losing my cool. However, my tolerance of illogical reactions in people is about 2 minutes, before I blow up.

I can never understand why, if the proposed infrastructure is of benefit to the community affected, why they try to pt every obstacle in the path of its development. That the reason for my orevious statement - "Maybe they orefer their isolation." That way, they can pretend to ignore the rest of the world.
