      Nokondi,I agree that becoming a Territory or State of Australia will solve most of the cancers and indeed the financial problems but - have we asked for Australia's thoughts on this matter? I can guarantee the answer will be an emphatic NO! This is what Papua Besena was probably hoping for(Papua was always more part of Australia than the rest of PNG!).I think the most we can hope for is autonomy something akin to the Australian state system.
