After coming out from the primitive age to the premodern and now the modern society PNG will never change.

Why?because we cannot change our mentality and the way we instill sense of responsiblity and discipline to our younger generation. We will continue to teach them to hate our common enermy and the list goes on and on....

The other factor that interacts within our bereaucratic system is the wantok system that monopolised our system. When we practice these we are actually pushing out the eduacated papua new guineans out from the system, that prompted the system to rely on the outside consultants to do a simple task that can be done using our own people who are familiar with the social norms and parctices that may easily be solve rather than giving us a long term problems like the Bougainville situation.

Therefore,I strongly belief that the only solution is that PNG should seriously consider the possibilites of becoming a territoty of Australia.

With Australia we shall build our economy, that means change of currency, education standard etccc....

Otherwise the simple answer is that; All provinces should have their own laws to coverned their people and conduct their won things, but must affiliate with the central govt, just like the United State of America.

      Over to the readers.
