      When it comes to such things, people tend to depend on it.

      It reminds me of a documentary I saw about Cambodia, which reminds tourists not to give out tips or rewards but as donations if they wish. They do not want a society that is dependent on handouts.

      Within the developed worlds, they are a generous people who give with their hearts to those in need. They want to put a smile on our faces and that goes a long, long way.

      I suppose, they want to help us help ourselves. Not a society of dependence. Greed promotes corruption, dependence and poverty.
