      my suggestion, break a single toe of conn artist with crow bar. he or she will live in pain like what these investors are feeling. Either way the investment is not at risk because the con artist is still alive. But conman would think twice before he plan for the next mode of action to the other unsusspecting client. Givip em pen too.
