Mass Peaceful Uprising, Civil Disobedience, following Gandhi, etc

Whadda mean? It's already happening in PNG! Look at Baruni dump, look at various squatter settlements throughout the country. The landless in PNG already number in the hundreds of thousands and growing by the minute.
The only way to ensure that it won't get worse is mass demonstrations and civil disobedience to force the government to make reforms, then stick to those reforms.
We must follow the pathway of Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King.
The government will never reform itself. The corruption has gotten steadily worse even as corrupt government leaders (like O'Neill) praise the work of Transparency Intl, etc.
They're simply trying to buy time and they'll keep winning until we rise up in masses, refuse to obey the laws just like they refuse to obey them and force some compliance.
