Many times we seem to be going on hearsay when we discuss issues on this forum, if we had facts and at least some backing from 'authorities' our arguments might have some credibility. With this in mind I was wondering if any of you read PNG journals or books, and if so would it be appropriate for us to discuss these books or journal articles on this Development Forum ?
