Poison is too crappy to be even considered a skill. Therefor, Blizzard entertainment should make a change with poison. Whe it says , for example, 200 damage over 6 seconds, Blizzardshould make it do 200 damage EVERY 6 seconds and it repeats 200 damage over 6 seconds and a player could die from poison instead ofdropping down to just 1 life. The only tie itwould drop down to 1 life is when the player is in town. So the only cure is Antidote potions, the ignored products in Diablo 2. This will make Antidotes more valuable. The Paladin's cleansing does not cure posion but reduce its damage. So when it says 200 damage over six seconds and a Pally has cleansing that reduces poison by 50%, it would do 100 damage per six second. Get it? This is how poison is in real life andhow it should be in Diablo 2. Cool eh?
