I've found at http://allost.ru/soundtracks/info/others soundtracks of Murakami's book (which you can also download them there)! I guess they had to be realised in Russia and they aren't any fan-made compilations (unfortunatly I don't understand any single russian word...). Do you know about anyothers CDs like that? However they do not contain all of song that are mentioned in novels, becouse there is lack of Duran Duran's songs for example
Whatever you say, it's evenemt and crazyiest thing for book to have their own soundtrack! But it's Murakami world so everything abnormal is possible ;]
