I'm not sure--I can't find any family to tie her with, but my gg grandfather was born in and about 1940 and was left in KY. I'll keep searching, but this mind end up being a dead end. My gg grandfather's death cert. states Scot Oliver and Cecelia Whitecotton were from VA. If you know of anything I'd sure appreciate any help! Thanks!
