Can I ask why you think this was Williams sister? I'm trying any and all connections to find Williams parents. We do know his dad was LittleBerry Croley and he was born out of wedlock. William's granddaughter Nan McKiddy Wright told this to my cousins back in the 1980's. We think Elender was his mom as she was the only McKiddy woman of childbearning age in the Whitley Co KY area at that time.
