What do you think the score will be tonight in Ayr. Wellesley playing better, and Ayr is comming off three losses to lower place teams.
So what you think?

Wellesly - 3 @ Ayr - 2
no score after 1st
3-0 Wellesly after 2nd
Ayr gets 2 in third not bad for a team that had 30 players show up 4 training camp! Record with Wellesly 2-2-0

Close game?

While the score suggests the game was close, it was anything but. Ayr seldomly got out of their end of the mini-rink for most of the first and second. If it weren't for the fact that Wellesley's #24 kept trying to get Ayr's #7 to actually stand toe to toe with him (understandable since it was 7 that slew footed 24 in last years playoffs, causing 24's broken leg), the score would have still been 3-0. 7 ended up turtling (pretty much) when 24 finally ripped his bucket off and began to feed him. 7, then doing the manly thing, upended 24 by grabbing his pants. Close game....yeah...like it would have been a close fight.

are you kidding me, #7 dropped his gloves after he got jumped and realized he was in a fight and then he practically picked #24 up off his feet and threw him down or did #24 fall flat on his back by himself....

#24 is defenetly strong and would have probably won the fight if it was even a fight...
it was your classic wrestling match...
It looked to me like from the stands #24 didn't even know how to fight. Theres a difference from being big and strong and knowing how to fight...
Domi on the leafs is a classic example...

Ayr had there chances as well...

Not as many as Wellesly, but they had a few anyways..
If it wasn't for #21 on Ayr kicking the puck into his own net with no wellesly players in sight and the Ayr defence not letting the jacks players have 4 or 5 wacks at the puck infront, Ayr would have won the game 2-1...

They scored 2 goals in the 3rd and almost tied it...
Good fast pace games, like to see these 2 teams meet in the playoffs once again. Then #24 can run his mouth off some more and we can see how tuff he is!!

#7 is gutless. He is a cheap shot artist. The reason #24 jumped him, was that #7 would never go toe to toe. If he is a good fighter...than maybe he should drop the gloves the next time he is asked....you know...like he was in the 2nd. But no...he wouldn't want that to happen since he wouldn't get the opportunity to blindside someone.

All 24 had to do is drop his gloves first, but his mother tied them on a string. If 24 wasn't such a pussy he wouldn't have waited until the fourth time they played.

Totally agreee man!!

It took big tough #24 4 games to grow some balls and drop the gloves....
He had tones of chances in previous games against Ayr, but for some reason didn't feel the time was right and then he drops them when the linesman are practically on top of them so in case he was going to get beat up he had linesman there to save his ass, just like Tiffin has been doing all year long!!
