      Hi,

      I'm looking for H1 sponsorship from a hospital.
      I would like to know if the hospitals sponsor for GC during the time of residency.
      If not what is our visa status after completing residency on H1. Should we go back? I'm confused reg. this- can someone pls. share their exp. with me.
      Also, does anyone know abt. H1-B annual cap (what is the quota & in which month it starts?)
