      I am planning to join residency in the USA in July,2006.If I give step3 exam by March 2006,Will my programme be able to sponsor me for H1B-visa.I am presently holding multiple entry 1 year visitor's visa.[Sep2005-Sep2006].Can my husband come on a J-2visa and try for a job in the US. If someone could give correct guidance on this ,it 'll be really appreciated.
