  • Bravo alarm - arms itself when connecting battery?

Got a Bravo 1.8HLX which has been sat for a while. Connected battery up and car fired up with no problems, but when locking the door with the key (as the remote fob no longer operates the alarm/central locking), the alarm armed. I was a bit surprised at this, and when I unlocked the door, the alarm went off. Tried to reprogram alarm, no success, so disconnected battery - left overnight, but as soon as I connect the battery, the alarm arms itself. Can't disarm it with the fob as it seems to no longer be paired with the receiver. Any ideas?
