Can somebody tell me if when im buying a new gasket to replace my head gasket do i just need to buy this piece



or do i need all of this

The first one is the one you need, and I recommend the large one on the 2nd picture (cam cover gasket). Other stuff is in general not needed, but can occur that you will need some gaskets if they are shot.
