Not to sound rude, as the car does look nice as far as i can see due to the poor dark pictures, but the car is worth less than half of the asking price simply because thats all they are worth in todays world. Sad really, would of been nice for the classic Bravo to hold its price.
I would ask around £1500 - £1800.

well with every available option bar none, very low mileage, 100% factory-standard and with such a service history it is very rare. In fact, I have never seen another one with this spec bar the 1998 red press car (and that was a mk1 so didn't have the side airbags which weren't available at that time).
You won't find another like it, so it's for a collector really, isn't it. Can't price it amongst all the others out there between 1 - 1.5k, it's a different prospect altogether.
thank you for the advice though. I expect she'd take less, but no less than £2,500 i'd say. She'll have no treouble in holding on to it either, if it doen't sell.
£3250, £325 or £32,500 - if the seller wishes to offer up for sale his/her car at a chosen value then there's nothing saying he/she can't.
Whatever our thoughts may be on the price or the car, whether it be negative or not, please can we keep opinions to ourselves?
I know I wouldn't necessarily appreciate someone invading any of my for sale threads with comments suggesting I'm asking too much. Buyers know what they want to pay, if they think the car is too much, then they won't buy it.
The seller can always reassess the price or as hinted, withdraw it from sale.
If you feel so strongly, then why not contact the seller direct?
Don't wish to be a party pooper, but I do think some respect for someone's for sale thread would be good.
Thanks

Maybe i was wrong to state an initial value of what i thought the vehicle was worth, but the rest was good valid advice. Since this is a public forum and its main purpose is to offer advice, I feel my advice is not in any way disrespecting the seller or the post but to help inform the seller of todays real prices of the Fiat Bravo and inreturn the seller could ammend his price to get interest and a sale.
Its sad but true Insy, the Bravo is now worth very little money.

Well I think £2500 for this HGT isn't over the top really.
It's prob 1 of the very last HGT's ever made plus has all the extra's!
I mean... there was a chap on here trying to sell his light blue JTD for over £3000 not so long ago.... and when people commented on the price he got really upset!!!
I spotted this a while ago tho and thought thats 1 to save in a shed and bring out for the shows.... pitty i don't have the money
Good luck... cracking example and super high spec!!
When i was thinking of selling up that was 2 years ago in 2007 when car prices where different, we are now in 2009.
How much did the Bravo Turbo sell for in the end Tommy?

when i sold my brava, approx 2 years ago i let it go for £1450 and it was 1.2 formula, 2001 y reg. it had done less than 50k may have only been 44k, cant remember now.... full history, new clutch, recon box etc basically like new...
Stephen the one Tommy is in referencing too is here which was when I was selling for £3K. The one you have referenced too Stephen was open to offers, no price mentioned.
Anyway lets keep this on topic. Let him sell his car without flooding it with other stuff. The forum is open to public discussion so expect good and bad views. My sales posts had positive and negative responses, but I expected that.

That's a lot of money and of course, to be even considered all the consumeables must have recently been repaced such a discs and pads, break pipes, exhaust, radiator, clutch and so forth.
Whilst I agree it looks a good one, unless it's all be "done" it will cost a small fortune and then in reality why not buy a slighyly older/higher mileage model with everything replaced?
