ok, i had the code appearing for

ignition coil failure and Manifold pressure sensor (map?)

i replaced the coil pack a week ago

the map sensor was fixed a month before

resetted all codes

car has been running fine, until last night, was comeing back from a long-ish journey (90mins)?

when the light came on, and it stalled, i was driving slow at the time, put it in gear one, restarted engine and it would hhesistant to move forward, very slow at 1mph

after a few restarts, it worked normally? but did have the odd stall?

what the heck would this be? i know i should check the code..but im baffled what else this could be??

please help..

it is a 2001 y reg 1.2 bravo

Check the obvious first, Battery connections and earth from body to engine

Also check the connections to the MAP and all tubes to it.

check ur lambda sensor...the stalling gives me a hint it could be that

If they didnt want it stripping they shouldnt have used nuts and bolts

yer mine was doin that when i got it so had it replaced under guarantee and all has been well since

i had the lambda sensor changed in February so it defo cant be this, i also had the map sensor changed a few month back

i do get stalling quite a few times..when im driving slowly or changing gears, poss when clutch is pressed

im at wits end guys..the error coe still display manifold abolsute pressure sensor when it isnt that!
