REAR CENTRE LIGHT ON FIAT BRAVA 1.2 SX

Hi my rear centre tailgate light isnt working. Also I noticed there is a "broken" metal spring on what looks like two prongs which make contact with the boot when the hatch is closed - is this related ?

may be wrong but i think the metal prongs are for the boot light

The metal prongs are for the rear wiper, HRW and probably the hi-level brake light, too IIRC.
