There are two SCART sockets on the rear of the Sky+ box. One is an output that goes to your TV, the other one is an output to go to your DVD or VHS Recorder. Hook them up and go to the Planner on the Sky+ box.

Choose the programmes you wish to record and press the red button to change their status to copy. Once you have all the programmes selected (making sure the total running time doesn't exceed the capacity of the disc), press the Select button on the Sky+ remote and have your recorder ready to go, then press select again and record on the DVD recorder.
