i have to fit a new front down pipe to my bravo 1.2 this looks quite straight foward but does anyone know if there is any hidden problems as it is £40 to buy and over £100 to fit

Shouldnt think so,theres only 2 bolts on the front pipe.But what you dont want to do is snap them.Ya best bet is to tighten them a little bit then undo..just to break the seal really.
Or soak in wd40..
