car judders when moving off 1st gear

Hi,

i have a fiat bravo 2001 reg, 1.2 nearly 70000 miles

when i move off 1st gear, there is a slight judder as i rev my accelrator

possibly the clutch?> shall i wait to fix or get in soon as i can..??

I had the same trouble,I cured it (hopefully)Put it in first as normal then plenty of revs and slip the clutch about 5 seconds, Been ok since. About 4000 miles since

so start car, slip into first, and keep revving at 4000? thn move off?

Yup! thats what i did. i think i got a bit of sticky oil on the plate, Anyway it worked for me

sounds like clutch judder to me.it may last another good few month,but soon will start slipping.
