Right, i know it can be done but is ther any special precautions i should take when changing the fuel filter on my mk1 20v? If anyone has done it could you please talk me through the proceedure.

when you get it off mate and you go put the new one on.,what you dont want to do it over tighten it,.tighten by hand is fine.Also you wana put oil around the edge of it

if you not got it off,dnt stab it with a screw driver lol just use a flat head on the edge and tap it and itll unscrew when lose.

my engine was out an easy to get to and do lol

mk1, that means it should be the same place as mine, its simple really, ull waste alot of petrol but its a simple clip off clip on thing.

but make sure u undo ur fuel filler cap to release the pressure
