No, you are trying to make a profit off of some one else's work!
If you infringe copy rights, the owner can file a civil lawsuit against you. In cases of willfull infringement for profit ( which is what you are doing)
the U.S. Attorner may initiate a CRIMINAL investigation against you. Now, would they do that if it was NOT ilegal? NOPE, they would not!
