Unfortunately I didn't get to see this telenovela from the beginning, but once I started watching, I was addicted!
I loved it for many reasons: the drama, the great actors (Marcial and Frida were my favorite, they have been so fun to watch!), and it's given me a chance to practice my Spanish. It's also been great seeing the scenes of the city of Guanajuato--I lived and studied Spanish there for 2 months.
It's a shame that the actor who played Rogelio Valencia left the show. I felt that the show was never quite the same without him, and often when I watch, I find myself wondering how the story would've been different had he stayed. But that's life.
I also wish that they hadn't rushed the ending...I think it would have been nice to get some more time seeing people being happy towards the end--I would have liked more scenes with JA, OC and AC enjoying their happiness, and to see MM find a nice man, but overall, I have really loved this telenovela.
I want to thank Yabis, Patri, and all the other people who posted the advances and photos... they were great for an impatient person like me who could never wait to find out what would happen on the show!
I'm glad I found this forum. Now I'm going to watch "Niña, Amada Mia." It won't be the same, but I love the language, and I'll use any opportunity I can to improve it.
