I can't make it to the speed workout at Anderson
High, but, I am going to be running "Yasso 800s"
on the Clarke field track on Thursday at 6:00 pm,
if anyone wants to keep me company. There is a

Basically, you alternate 800 meters easy, 800
meters hard. I usually do ten pairs of them. Even
if you want to join in for just a few, that's great.
The Clarke field track is actually 408 meters
instead of 400, but that's close enough for me.
The surface is nice and soft, so its not too tough
on the legs. Usually there are just a few people
on the track, so there is plenty of room. Last week
I had the track to myself most of the time.
Anyway, I'll start at 6 pm, even if its just me! The
track is on the northwest corner of San Jacinto
and MLK, and not far from Gregory.
