It is with sadness that I pass on the following information. Liz's mother, age 85, died peacefully at 5:30pm on Wed. Sept. 26/07. She leaves behind 4 children and at least 2 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be posted shortly.
Visitations will be held on Friday September 28/07 at Smith's Funeral Home on Brant St. (by the City Hall) in Burlington between the hours of 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. The funeral mass will take place at 9:00am on Saturday September 29/07 at St. John's Church on Brant St., just down from the Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to Liz at #1-1351 Lakeshore Rd., Burlington, Ontario, L7S 1B1. Donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Eileen Murphy.
Liz im very sorry, i know we just talked about your mom and you were concerned. The worst thing is, i just checked the babler now at 10:30pm and completely missed the service.
...to hear of the passing of your mom. Having lost mine not too many months ago through similar circumstances, I understand how difficult a time it is for you and your family.
