good luck mandy i am on day 7 havent really noticed much yet but got alot of pain in them on day 4 back to normal now. I am only trying these out because my sister took them she went from a B to a C i am only an (A) boo hoo i have had three kids a size 10 but no bl..dy chest !! i am age 39 also a grandma keep us posted luv beestings xx
