if youre 14 and not happy with your breasts then i suppose it is ok to take wonderup as it is not harmful in any way. if 16 year olds are taking it and it is not having an effect on them, then i suppose it will tend not to have an effect on you either. it may not have as much ov an effect on younger people but im sure it will be an improvement. good luck.
