madboobie - yes, i make sure i drink at least 2 litres of water a day, and i did get some of the cream too, but havent used it for a week or two coz i find it really greasy, and i get loads of little spots (and that doesn't improve the appearence of the breast area!) I'm down to half a bottle left - am going to order some more, as i have upped my dosage to 4 x2 pills daily, to see if that helps. They do feel more tender (but also i'm due on next week, so could be just that). I'll keep trying for another bottle or two and see if anything wonderful happens!
