Does age really effect the results?

I am in my first month of taking Wonderup and have not seen any effects yet.
Everyone keeps asking how old a user is. I am 32, am I too old for the pills to work? Do you have to be 18 and still growing for the pills to have an effect? It would be good to receive some response just to know whether or not I am wasting my time....
