For me yes they are definately worth the money as i have grown quite alot. It really depends on the person tho, some respond, some dont. You should take six per day.How long? again depends on the person, most people that are going to respond will notice change within 3 months (i noticed within 1-2 weeks) i plan to take them for about 8 months (ive currently done 4months 2 weeks) I think people should take them for at least 6 months to give it a fair chance :)
